1 | CLASSIC AVOCADO AND EGG TOAST
Ingredients:
1 slice multigrain loaf bread or any swissbake loaf, toasted
½ an avocado, mashed
1 large hard-boiled egg, sliced
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

Directions:
1. Add avocado, salt, pepper, and olive oil into a bowl and mix them all together.
2. Spread the bread with the avocado mixture.
3. Lay sliced eggs over the avocado.
4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
5. Serve.

2 | STRAWBERRY AND CREAM CHEESE TOAST
Ingredients:
1 slice whole meal toast, or any swissbake loaf, toasted
1-2 strawberries, sliced
1-2 tbsp cream cheese

Directions:
1. Spread the toast with a thick layer of cream cheese.
2. Lay the sliced strawberries.
3. Serve.

3 | CHOCOLATE BANANA
Ingredients:
1 slice whole meal toast, or any swissbake loaf, toasted
1 tbsp hazelnut spread of your choice
1 tsp chia seeds
1 banana, sliced

Directions:
1. Spread the toast with the hazelnut spread
2. Lay the sliced bananas and sprinkle chia seeds atop the toast.
3. Serve.

4 | BLUEBERRY BANANA WITH HONEY
Ingredients:
1 slice whole meal toast, or any swissbake loaf, toasted
1 tbsp nut butter of your choice
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp honey, for drizzling

Directions:
1. Spread the toast with a layer of nut butter of your choice.
2. Fan out a few slices of your banana on top.
3. Drizzle honey atop the toast.
4. Serve.
